Lead Backend Engineer (Go / Python)
Build high-performance, fault-tolerant distributed backends powering millions of daily AI generation events.
About the role
*Remote across Vietnam*
Drive architectural decisions for our core microservices, API gateways, and asynchronous task workers.
What you’ll do
- Design and maintain high-throughput Go and Python services running on Kubernetes.
- Optimize database queries and caching layers across PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Mentor mid-level and junior backend engineers through rigorous code reviews and architecture discussions.
What you’ll need
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience with strong command of Go, Python, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with concurrent programming, distributed systems, and gRPC/REST APIs.
- Commitment to clean architecture, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.
